Refund policy

At AIMER PARIS, we offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

These conditions do not affect your statutory consumer rights, including your right to inspect the product where applicable.

All returns must be shipped to our return address in Paris, France. The full return address and shipping instructions will be provided after you contact us.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, AIMER PARIS will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required by applicable law.

Your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products are not limited by our standard 14-day return policy.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have and place a separate order for the new item.

European Union & United Kingdom – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union or the United Kingdom, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any justification.

To exercise this right, simply notify us by email at info@aimer-paris.com within the 14-day period. No prior approval is required.

You must send the item back within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

The item should be returned in its original condition, with its original packaging and accessories where possible.

You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store. However, you may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

Return shipping costs to Paris, France, are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Your statutory right of withdrawal is not subject to approval by AIMER PARIS.

United States & International Returns

For orders delivered to the United States or other countries outside the European Union and the United Kingdom, AIMER PARIS offers a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us at info@aimer-paris.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

For standard returns, items must be unworn, unused, with their original tags and packaging, subject to any applicable consumer rights.

All returns must be shipped to our return address in Paris, France. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds for standard returns will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected, in accordance with our refund policy.

This policy does not affect any rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws, including any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights in your country.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

For standard returns, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, subject to applicable legal requirements.

For customers exercising their legal right of withdrawal within the European Union, refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw.

For customers exercising their legal cancellation rights in the United Kingdom, refunds will be processed within the applicable statutory deadlines.

Where permitted by law, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

Where required by law, the refund will include the original standard delivery costs. Additional charges for express or premium delivery options are not refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
